This organization was started to help women in the music business. Myself and my friend both were in our own bands... we thought where were all the other female singers / players in town? In a few short months we found over 30 and now over 400 locally. This logo was created within a night. Bringing a guitar pick and wings together to symbolize we can go where ever we want to go in this business.
